ISLAMIC LAW IN PERSPECTIVE.
BackgroundHumans are imperfect beings created by Allah SWT with given many advantages over other creatures, including the reasonable mind. With humans it is expected to maintain and utilize the natural and all his creation well. God did not create man with the same degree and position, there is a high and low, there is the rich and the poor, there are also large and small. The existence of these differences so that people can need each other, and Islam strongly recommends to helping each other and respect each other. Because essentially all are equal before God Almighty.Apart from being a perfect creature, human beings also are individuals who have many necessaries of life, and God has probably restore it with various objects to satisfy their needs. And in order to fulfill this need not be produced by the individual concerned. In other words he must cooperate with others. And forms of cooperation that should be in accordance with religious ethics. In the Qur'an and as-Sunnah there is recognition of the economic problems in order to give direction to people in meeting their daily needs. Al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah also suggests that people were given the widest opportunity to run their economic activities, either by exploiting natural resources directly, such as agriculture, mining or indirectly, such as trade and other productive activities. As Allah QS. Al-Mulk: 15هو الذي جعل لكم الأرض ذلولا فامشوا في مناكبها وكلوا من رزقه وإليه النشور (15)It means: "He who has made the earth easy for you, then walk in and eat all penjurunya party of His provision. And only unto Him you (after) are raised. (Surat Al-Mulk: 15)
